Sobremesa was born from a simple belief: the best moments happen after the meal. In Latin culture, sobremesa is the time spent lingering at the table, sharing stories, connecting, and enjoying the company of the people you’re with. That spirit inspires everything we do.

Created by the family behind Aromi Italian Cuisine, Pizza by Aromi, and Trattoria da Sofia, Sobremesa brings their passion for warm hospitality into a new chapter, celebrating the flavors of Latin America. Led by chef Oscar Torres, formerly of the Michelin-starred Animalón, our menu travels across the region with fresh seafood, vibrant spices, and shareable plates meant to bring people together.

Our space, thoughtfully reimagined with a modern desert-inspired design, offers room for both lively gatherings and intimate evenings. Early nights feel relaxed and family-friendly; later hours shift into a more lounge-style atmosphere with cocktails and conversation.
